I’m Charlotte, the founder of Inspired Crew. I came up with the idea back in 2023 whilst I was working onboard my last yacht. We were always looking for crew that had a secondary skill set, and at times it was difficult to find suitable candidates. That’s when I thought, there needs to be a crew agency dedicated to crew who hold a secondary skill and exceptional talent, that will bring something extra onboard. Inspired Crew though, is more than just a recruitment agency; it’s community driven by my passion for connecting like-minded individuals, who want to inspire and support each other in discovering passions, developing skills and leading a healthier and happier lifestyle. I want to cater to those who display a zest for life and a profound love for continuous learning, it’s for those who seek to transform their own and others working and personal lives. I also understand first-hand how different onboard circumstances can impact mental health, and believe it’s crucial for crew members to recognise the signs and to know how to support and manage these situations. It’s equally important to speak up when feeling overwhelmed, unhappy or stuck. Inspired Crew will collaborate with some fabulous individuals and charities to raise awareness and provide support and awareness for crew members mental health. We are here to help you become the best version of yourself, we’re committed in making a positive difference.
