Giving back with every placement.

We believe recruitment should make a difference beyond the yacht. That’s why 5% of every placement fee is donated to charity, helping to support meaningful causes and give back to the wider community, both at sea and ashore. Every six months, we will select a new charity to support, chosen by our community. Each April, every yacht that partners with us will receive an exclusive report detailing the impact of their contribution towards these meaningful causes

At Inspired Crew, we specialise in recruiting Interior and Deck crew, as well as those who bring an additional skill to their role. Whether that’s watersports, beauty therapy, massage, diving, heli ops, or another talent – we understand the value you add on board and actively seek opportunities where those skills are appreciated.

We specialise in sourcing high-calibre Deck and Interior crew, ensuring you have candidates who not only meet the technical requirements of their role but also fit the culture and standards of your vessel. Many of our candidates also bring a valuable secondary skill, from PT coach, DJ, Hair Stylists to Yoga & Pilaties Instructors.
