I launched Inspired Crew in July 2024 after more than 20 years in the yachting industry, finishing my career as Chief Stewardess on a 100m+ vessel. What started as a platform to showcase crew with secondary skill sets quickly evolved into a community for all passionate and dedicated Interior and Deck crew.

Just months after launching, I was diagnosed with Lobular Breast Cancer and underwent surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. Although I had to step back for a time, I never lost sight of my vision. That experience gave me a new perspective and an even greater sense of purpose: to create a crew agency built on community, connection, and care.

 

I know first-hand how onboard life can impact wellbeing, which is why Inspired Crew will partner with incredible individuals and charities to raise awareness around mental health and wellbeing. Our mission is to help crew recognise the signs, speak openly, and find ways to thrive—both professionally and personally.

At its heart, Inspired Crew is more than recruitment. It’s about helping crew discover their passions, grow their skills, and find the right roles where they can truly excel. I want to connect
the right people with the right roles and build strong onboard teams who provide the best onboard experience for guests whilst supporting and lifting each other up! What excites me most
is building lasting relationships and helping every individual feel valued, inspired, and supported on their journey.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me running, swimming, at the gym, enjoying time with friends and family, or horizontal on the sofa watching a good series or engrossed in a book!
