Having lived and worked onboard, they truly understand the unique demands and rewards of yacht life. This insight allows them to connect crew and yachts with a clear understanding of what makes the right fit. With passion, empathy, and industry know-how, Charlotte and Joe are dedicated to supporting crew in their careers while helping yachts build strong, reliable teams.
