With over five years of experience in the yachting industry, Joe has built a strong foundation working across a variety of vessels and gaining first-hand knowledge of life at sea. His time onboard has given him a deep understanding of crew dynamics, the demands of the industry, and the qualities that make a great placement succeed. This experience is at the heart of his role at Inspired Crew, where he focuses on building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

 

Outside of recruitment, Joe is a passionate DJ and music producer, performing under his alias Spinning Plates. He has played at events across the UK and Europe, blending creativity and professionalism in every performance. Alongside music, he is also a dedicated endurance athlete, having completed multiple marathons, triathlons, and ultramarathons—including Ironman events—often using his sporting challenges to raise funds for charitable causes.
